SIZE POLICY:
M B LUXE WIGS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR UNITS NOT FITTING PROPERLY DUE TO THE SELECTING OF A INCORRECT CAP SIZE AT YOUR TIME OF ORDER! PLEASE REFER TO OUR CHART TO CHECK YOUR OPTIONS.

Shipping Policy: We thank you for your support. We are not responsible for the order once it has been shipped & in the care fo USPS. Typically shipping time is 3-5 business days. This does not include processing time for payment verification nor construction time. 

Customization Policy: We are not responsible for units and or the lace shedding in result of the customization process which includes bleaching the knots to ensure a more natural and realistic appearance for the hairline this is a normal process. You can send in your unit for a repair service plus the cost of the lace product ( closure/frontal )

Repairs Policy: MB Luxe is not responsible for the normal wear and tear of a unit. You are however able to request a Wig Repair service by selecting that option online.

Construction Policy: MB Luxe is not responsible for the unsatisfaction of the unit which includeds but not limited to cap type (stretch mesh), track placement (hand stitching), threading selection(cotton), & etc based off of personal expectations. (charge back prevention measure) All of our units are made with precision and care while being handcrafted and designed to bring you ultimate quality and superior value. We take our time when creating our collection so you can rest assured that you will receive to quality luxury products from our company 

Email Policy/ Hour of Operation: Please allow 2-4 business days for a email reply. Our hours of operation are Mon-Fri 8am- 5pm. Digital products will be sent during this  time frame so be mindful of this process during weeks & holidays

We are not responsible to payments that are unable to be verified. Payments that are unable to be verified includes:

Wefting Policy: 

MB Luxe is not responsible for wefting complications due to improper handling of our custom made wig product. All of our units are hand stitched or machine made with precision and expert techinque to ensure customer satisfaction.

BYOW Policy: Build your own wig service is a process where those who are interested in having a custom unit designed by us can send in their own hair &/or closure/frontal to have a custom made wig unit created by our master wig artist. The turn around time is 25 business days for this particular service with a 24 hr payment verificatin process. Verification time & shipping time is separate from our turn around time.  The turn around time for this process starts once the unit is receieved from the mailing service. Please provide us with a tracking number within 24-48 hours of your order. You will have 3 -5 business days once your order is placed to ensure that we have received your merchandise. If we have not received your item within this time you will automatically receive a refund for your order. 

Class Payment Plan Policy: 

Payment plan arrangments are only available for those who have secured a deposit and enrolled in a class or educational program.  Class fees are due prior to or on the day of class via invoice payment only.  

 

RETURNS: If there is a discrepancy for any reason, fell free to send us the unit back, still boxed (the seal that holds the box together must not be open, manpiulated, or ripped), with lace still fully attached for a full refund of the product within 48 hours of recieving the package. ONCE THE WIG HAS BEEN WORN OR ALTERED IN ANY WAY NO REFUND OR EXACHANGE IS VALID AT THAT POINT! Email our support team to have any questions or concerns about this processed addressed. We greatly appreciate your support and cooperation.

TURN AROUND TIME: 7 -14 BUSINESS DAYS IS OUR PROCESSING TIME. (VARIES DEPENDING ON THE UNIT) & SHIPPING IS 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS.  Please note that this time frame might vary depending on demand (holiday seasons especially). Rush orders are currently not available for request. Your tracking number for shipping confirmation will be sent within this time frame. MAINTENANCE:Maintenance for the curly patterns  should be done 3 times per week/ or as desired, with a spray wash (spray bottle composed of leave in conditioner diluted with water). Conditioner/ leave in condition choices are to be used at your desecration however, please be sure that it is sulfate free & a non alcohol product with great quality. No oils, serums, holding sprays, or mouse foam products are recommended for use because they are considered a heavy product & will weight down the hair. AIR DRY AND USE WIDE TOOTH COMB. 

Maintenance for body wave hair is to co wash every 4 weeks with conditioner & complete wash with shampoo & condition every 6 weeks. AIR DRY AND USE WIDE TOOTH COMB.You can do so as often as you please but these are our suggestions. Only sulfate free & non alcohol products are recommended.

1. WHAT IS THE TURN AROUND TIME FOR PROCESSING & SHIPPING? 7, 14 or 25 BUSINESS DAYS is the processing time depending on the unit you order and shipping is typically 1-3 business days.

2. DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING? NOT AT THE MOMENT. CHECK BACK SOON

3. HOW DO I GET MY CORRECT MEASUREMENTS? PLEASE REFER TO OUR SIZING CHART. 

4. CAN I REQUEST WAND CURLS, TIGHT CURLS, OR PIN CURLS? ALL UNITS COME IN THE STYLE LISTED IN THE DESCRIPTION OF IT. NO ALTERNATE STYLING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE. 

5. HOW LONG CAN THE UNIT LAST? 12 MONTHS & BEYOND WITH PROPER CARE. Lace will have a tendency to shed overtime due to bleaching of the knots and customization requirements. This is normal wear and tear so feel free to request a wig repair for your unit online which is an additional fee of $100 for the service plus the cost of the lace. This is not available for full lace units or any units ordered from our Introductory collection.  

6. CAN I COLOR MY UNIT? YES I RECOMMEND A PROFESSIONAL PROVIDE THAT SERVICE. WE DO NOT OFFER COLORING AS AN OPTION. SPECIAL FEATURED UNITS WITH CUSTOM COLOR WILL BE SOLD AS IS. 

7. IF I RECEIVE MY UNIT AND IT DOES NOT FIT CAN I EXCHANGE IT?  ONCE YOU APPLY THE WIG THERE IS NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE

8. WHAT COLOR CAP SHOULD I USE WHEN APPLYING MY UNIT? NUDE COLOR CAPS BLEND PERFECT TO RESEMBLE SCALP. 

9. HOW SHOULD I STORE MY WIG? ON A DISPLAY HEAD OR IN A ENCLOSED BAG.

10. CAN I REQUEST DIFFERENT LENGTHS? THE ONLY AVAILABLE UNITS ARE LISTED ONLINE. YOU CAN CUT & STYLE THE UNIT AS DESIRED.

11. CAN I RETURN MY ORDER? YES. MUST BE RETURNED WITH SEAL UNBROKEN FROM THE BOX, UNTOUCHED, AND LACE STILL FULLY ATTACHED.
